An Act to incorporate the Committee of Management of the "King George V Play Field Memorial Park."

WHEREAS Herbert Peebles of "Bayleys" in the parish of Saint Philip, C.M.G., D.S.O., 0.B.E., a Major (retired in his Majesty's Army), Gerald Pinder Skeete of “Frenches” in the parish of Saint George in this Island, Esquire, David Stonewall Payne, of "Harrow," in the said parish of Saint Philip, Esquire, M.A., M.R.S.T., the Reverend Leonard Cyril Mallalieu, B.A., Clerk in Holy Orders, Vicar of Saint Mark's Chapel in the parish of Saint John in this Island, the Reverend Edward Augustus Pitt of "Ebenezer" in the said parish of Saint Philip, B.D., McGill University, Methodist Minister, Her- bert Christie Manning of "Golden Grove" in the said parish of Saint Philip Esquire, Howard Lisle Smith of 'Sandford" in the said parish of Saint Philip, Esquire, M.C.P., Leigh Stanley Tappin of "Cox's Hill" in the said parish of Saint Philip, Doctor of Medicine, Cecil Richardson Yearwood, School Master, of "Shrewsbury School" in the said parish of Saint Philip and Winfield Ulrick Gooding of "Union Hall" in the said parish of Saint Philip, Esquire, the present Committee of Management of "King George V Play Field Memorial Park” have peti- tioned the Legislature to pass an Act to incorporate the said Committee of the said King George V Play Field Memorial Park and to grant them certain powers, privi- leges and rights; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to grant the prayer of the said petition :

Be it therefore enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly of this Island, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the King George V Short title. Play Field Memorial Park Incorporation Act, 1936.

2. The said Herbert Peebles, Gerald Pinder Skeete, Committee of David Stonewall Payne, Leonard Cyril Mallalieu, Edward Management of Augustus Pitt, Herbert Christie Manning, Howard Lisle King George V Smith, Leigh Stanley Tappin, Cecil Richardson Yearwood Play Field and Winfield Ulrick Gooding shall be and are hereby con-
